I Love My Juice, and You Can Too!

Saturday, January 28th, 2012

I happened to come across an article about the best juicers a month or two ago when I realized that I have a juicer in my house I never use. I won it in a contest and only used it to make apple juice a few times, but not knowing the health benefits I just put it away and never looked at it again. Boy, what a mistake! Two weeks ago I pulled it out, dusted it off, and threw in a bunch of vegetables I had in the house. It was fantastic! I found some excellent recipes online and started trying my own combinations. I focus on greens as I don’t get enough in my solid diet, and then I throw in sweet options like an apple, carrots and beets. I love a hint of ginger as well, so I put a half inch of that in as well. Kale, spinach, celery and cucumber round out my favorite recipe. Enjoy!

Tips for Selecting Anti Aging Products

Thursday, January 26th, 2012

There are a lot of anti-aging products available in the market today. Some work well while others are just a waste of money. You should be very keen while going for these products to avoid wasting your money and going for items which can be harmful to your skin.

When shopping for anti aging items. It is preferable to go for natural items instead of synthetic ones. This is because natural ones will more often blend with your skin well. Synthetic ones can sometimes be harmful to you leaving your skin worse than it was before. Vitamin E, fruit extracts and eco friendly tea extract are the most common natural elements you will find in anti aging products.

You should also know the elements in anti aging products to avoid harming your body as there are some elements that can react in some people but work well in others. People who are vegetarians for example will not be comfortable using items that have animal products. Therefore, avoid items that will trigger an allergic response in you.

Kind to Skin Moisturisers Offer All the Benefits of Vitamin E

Thursday, January 26th, 2012

Kind to skin moisturisers have no coloring or perfume in them, however they do have all of the brilliant benefits of vitamin E. This makes them one of the best moisturisers on the market and very popular amongst customers as they are incredibly natural and pose little threat to the long term health of your skin. I have been reading all about them online recently and have been thinking about going out and buying some because there have been some real signs of aging on my skin over the past few months, and if there is anyway that this can be reduced then I am willing to give it a go. Apparently all of the stars use these kinds of moisutrisers and some of those that were mentioned in the articles that I read genuinely look much younger than their years. If it works for them then why not for the average Joe.
